Terms of Service

Last updated: June 30, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Hamro Workshop, a platform built and operated by Noori Digital. By creating an account or using our billing, POS, and workshop management platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Accounts and Registration

To use the services, you must register for an account by providing accurate and complete workshop information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Any activity occurring under your account is your sole responsibility.

2. Subscription Plans and Payment

Hamro Workshop offers a 14-day free trial for new workshops. Following the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription plan:

  • Subscription Billing: Plans are billed on a Monthly, 6-Month, or Yearly cycle, as specified during your plan selection.
  • Manual Verification: Payments in Nepal (via Bank Transfer, eSewa, or Khalti) are processed and verified manually by our administration team.
  • Cancellations & Refunds: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

3. Use of Services and Fair Limits

You agree to use Hamro Workshop only for lawful purposes related to running your garage or workshop operations. Your account limits (such as number of invoices, inventory items, and categories) are determined by your chosen subscription plan.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that exceed plan limits systematically or engage in activities that cause harm, service degradation, or security risks to our servers.

4. Intellectual Property

All software code, visual design, brand elements, and underlying platform logic are the property of Noori Digital. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or reproduce any part of our platform without prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Hamro Workshop is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Noori Digital makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding system uptime, database completeness, or suitability for your specific business requirements.

In no event shall Noori Digital be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption arising out of the use of our services.

6. Data Portability & Account Termination

You own all business and customer data you enter into Hamro Workshop. Upon cancellation or expiration of your subscription:

  • Grace Period: Your data will be preserved in read-only state for 30 days after your subscription expires. During this period, you may renew your plan or request a data export.
  • Data Export: You may request an export of your invoices, inventory, and customer records by contacting our support team at the email address below.
  • Permanent Deletion: After the 30-day grace period, we reserve the right to permanently delete all workspace data associated with your account. This action is irreversible.
  • Account Deletion: You may request full account deletion at any time by contacting us. We will process the request within 14 business days.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
